近年来,对小型化、多功能网络设备的需求不断增加,爱普生推出SG3225VAN晶振是一款小体积尺寸3.2x2.5mm晶体振荡器,差分晶振,电源电压为2.5V至3.3V,输出频率73.5MHz至700MHz,具有低电源电压,低功耗,低抖动,低耗能,低损耗,小型化,高稳定性等优点,在手持携带设备、可穿戴式设备以及物联网等网络设备中具有广阔的市场前景,可有效延长设备使用寿命、缩短产品开发周期。目前市场主流差分晶振都是6脚贴片晶振封装,频率比普通晶振相比较高,常用的频率有:74.25MHz,100MHz,125MHz,148.5MHz,150MHz,200MHz等。适用于10GbE、40GbE、100GbE超宽频以太网络,医疗、测试测量、消费电子、工业自动化等领域。

爱普生SG3225VAN晶振结合低抖动PLL技术和内置AT晶体单元,可产生稳定的输出信号;频率偏移误差*低±20ppm,*大相位抖动不超过0.6ps,非常适合对时钟信号完整性有严格要求的系统。考虑元件老化的影响,其频率老化率仅为±5ppm/年,大大提高了元件的使用寿命。SG3225VAN石英晶体振荡器支持LVDS标准差分信号,增强了输出信号的抗干扰能力,可作为标准模块在电路中直接应用。
